Real Nappies have partnered up with several councils around New Zealand to bring you the best deals available on Real Nappies by way of heavily subsidised packs. All these Councils support the environment, and your baby's future world by offering you these fantastic incentive packs.
If your Council is not listed here please call and ask if they can offer the same schemes, we at Real Nappies are happy to talk to them to advise of the best course of action.
Please note you must be a resident of the council area to apply for the pack. One pack per household. You will be required to complete a mandatory form to acknowledge the above terms.

Kaikoura District Council
Parents living in Kaikoura simply need to purchase a starter pack from Real Nappies
Bring the receipt for purchasing a starter pack into Council, along with proof that you live locally (i.e. a power bill with your name and address).
Council will forward you a refund for $20

North Shore Council
North Shore residents can hire a Cloth Nappy Hire Kit from Council, email for more details to freebaby@xtra.co.nz.
Waitakere Council
Parents living in Waitakere Council will be able to hire a Cloth Nappy Kit for a 7 week period, the cost is $60 with a $40 bond. A great way to try Real Nappies before you buy! Call 09 839 0400 for more details.
Dunedin Council
Parents living in Dunedin are offered a heavily subsidised pack for $20 incl postage.
The Council will pay $20 towards the original price of $40 which means all you have to pay is $20!

South Taranaki
Parents of babies born on or after June 1, 2007, will receive vouchers for a nappy starter pack worth $135. The packs contain Real Nappies and parents can pick up vouchers from any branch of Library Plus or the main council in Hawera. Council Packs can be purchased from local retailers only and not direct from Real Nappies.
The scheme comes into effect on July 23.
