We work really hard to keep all our prices low, and that includes our postage rates which we subsidise to help keep them low for you.

Delivery Costs

Delivery in New Zealand

We charge a rate of NZ$9.95 for nationwide postage of up to 5kg (this is most of our packages).  This includes rural delivery.  As we grew up rurally, we don't see the need to disadvantage those that live outside the city.  For heavier packages the charge is $15.95 up to 10kg.

However, if you spend $250 or more in total on your order, then you get free shipping on everything - yah!

All our shipping has Authority To Leave (ATL) at the door. If you would like a signature required shipping, please contact us before placing an order.

We deliver anywhere.  please contact us to work out shipping rates.  If you are in Australia, please use our Australian website for better shipping rates: www.realnappies.com.au

How do I get free delivery?

If you spend over $250 and live in New Zealand, you will get free delivery on your items.  That simple.

Delivery Times

We pack the orders 3 times a week, generally Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  The delivery timeframes once with the courier is usually 2-3 days.  If your order has not arrived in time, please consult directly with the courier company as once it's out of our hands there is little we can do.

If you are needing your order urgently, please email info@realnappies.com with your order number and let us know so we can try and prioritise your order.

 

Lost parcels / claims

You must notify the courier company of any lost / damaged parcels.

If a claim is to be made for lost or damaged items, an administration fee of 10% of your order value will apply.

If the claim is accepted by the courier company, we will refund you the value of your order minus any original shipping costs (if any).

If the claim is not accepted by the courier company, unfortunately we are unable to process a refund if Real Nappies was not at fault and the claim is due to circumstances outside our control.
